RESEARCH
INTRODUCTION
Research is the foundation of my design process. I use methods like interviews, usability testing, and surveys to understand user needs, frustrations, and goals. Every project begins with listening to people and reading body language. This allows me to uncover insights that guide my design decisions.
RESEARCH METHOD
I apply both qualitative and quantitative approaches to capture a complete picture of user experience. Through user interviews and usability testing, I surface pain points and opportunities. I then summarize findings using affinity mapping and journey flows, organizing raw observations into patterns that inform actionable recommendations.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The outcome of my research is clear, evidence-based insights that drive design improvements. From identifying friction in onboarding flows to highlighting what users value most, my research creates a bridge between data and design. These insights not only inform wireframes and prototypes they help lay a strong foundation for product strategy.
