INTRODUCTION
This project analyzed over 10,000 Visible app reviews to uncover pain points and positive experiences within the onboarding process. Since it was an independent study, app store reviews served as a scalable way to capture authentic user voices without direct interviews.
RESEARCH METHOD
I scraped and filtered reviews using Python, then cleaned and transformed the dataset in R. Through sentiment analysis and text mining, I identified recurring frustrations around onboarding as well as moments of satisfaction. Visualizations were built to surface patterns in user feedback and make the findings easier to interpret.

FINAL PERFORMANCE
The analysis surfaced clear patterns in user sentiment. Setup received 60% positive feedback, showing it was generally smooth. While login emerged as the most critical pain point, with 75% negative sentiment. Based on these findings, I recommended biometric login, Google/Apple sign-in, two-factor authentication to build trust. This project provided a research foundation for onboarding improvements and identified areas for follow-up usability testing and user interviews.
